Describe your subject, audience and approximate duration. If a script exists, mention its stage and who will approve it.

If a production team is already involved, mention who will use the board and whether it needs scene numbers, movement notes or on-screen text. The first outline can stay nonconfidential. Please do not paste unreleased client scripts or personal case histories into a general enquiry.
